Our aim was to improve the conversion of the client’s presence in the United States. Having an established brand in the U.K for the past 20 years, they struggled to break into U.S markets.
02 — Creative process
My philosophy was to address the visitor by understanding the nuances of the U.S. customer. After conducting research I realized my copywriting message would have to be vastly different than how we would approach the U.K. customer. The way to get US based customers would be via email copywriting.
03 — Results
By introducing a rewards club and a brand ambassador program via email copywriting we saw a 34% increase in existing customer sales and 18% increase in new customer sales in 30 days!
